At The Canadian Cedar Company, we take great care in sourcing, handling, and delivering our cedar trees to ensure they arrive healthy and suitable for planting. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Optional Warranty for Dead Trees

Customers who wish to protect their purchase against tree mortality may purchase our Tree Warranty at the time of ordering. Without this warranty, no replacements will be issued.

If the warranty has been purchased, the following conditions apply:

A tree will only be replaced if it is evidently dead, which means the tree is completely orange and shows no signs of life.

The tree must remain in this state consistently for a period of at least one year to ensure the condition is permanent and not seasonal.

Customers must provide clear photographic evidence and comply with our verification process.

The Canadian Cedar Company reserves the right to inspect the tree before approving a replacement under warranty.
Limitations

Only trees covered by a valid warranty are eligible for replacement.

Replacement does not restart or extend the original warranty period.

Trees damaged by improper care, poor maintenance, drought, flooding, or other external factors will not be eligible for replacement.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customerβs responsibility to ensure trees are planted and maintained properly according to horticultural best practices. We strongly recommend watering and caring for trees consistently, particularly in the first two years after planting.
